Our main activity is Art and we have informal art classes daily. Our children are lucky to be exposed to a variety of ideas and methodology because of our volunteers input. We try to employ all the talents and expertise of all our International volunteers. We have had all the arts represented in one manner or another. One of the favourite activities is dance . the children love to show of their dance skills. They also love craft time, baking, watching movies, playing with the dolls and cars, sports, computers, Wii . The list is endless …..
One of the favourite days for all is Saturday field trip, in our hand painted truck, to the beach, pagoda or the monkeys. everyday at the center is fun filled and action packed when the children are not in classes.
Karate
We have a great program being run by a Black Belt karate instructors, Patrick and Mhy. We have a number of children who have earned their green belt and white belts over the last 6 months. It is run over the lunch hour and is very popular. It teaches discipline and rewards the children’s individual efforts.
